• if possible, send me some inspo pics before the appointment 
• if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
• if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the booked treatment will be charged
• please book the right appointment. If you need a removal, please book one so I can schedule more time 
• if you currently have nails done by another salon, please consult with me so we can discuss the removal options
